Project Description
Westera is a gated residential compound located in October Gardens, designed to offer both privacy and openness.
Spread over more than 41,000 m2, the project features 17 apartment buildings with a total of 390 residential units, ranging from one to four bedrooms.
The apartments are thoughtfully laid out to suit families of different sizes, with areas starting from 60 m2 up to 152 m2.
The project also includes a dedicated commercial building, with shops and services to support the community’s daily needs.
Wide green spaces, shaded walkways, and kids’ play areas are integrated into the layout to create a safe and enjoyable environment. ECB handled the full design of the project, including masterplanning, architecture, and engineering, with the latest design issued in June 2025.
