Our History
ECB started as a partnership eager to become a recognized leader in providing premier engineering services. The company began with an office Cairo as an Engineering and Real Estate appraisal firm. The company’s goals since day one was to enhance the living experience of communities across the world through offering professional project management and consulting.
In 2015 the firm re-structured and developed to become a leading project management and engineering firm in the region taking on complex projects and delivering stellar results.
The company’s strong ties with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia grew as ECB delivered several outstanding projects in the Gulf area in collaboration with ambitious partners. In 2017 the Company established the KSA branch.
ECB UK, established in 2019, to further establish and strengthen global collaborations with partners in the Western regions.
After witnessing the accomplished and successful growth of ECB, we were encouraged to ensure diverse services provided at the firm. By 2021, ECB Geo Lab was established, offering indoor geotechnical services through a strong team of professionals.
By 2022, ECB expanded to add the service of offering property and facility management and Established ECB Properties. Industry-leading experts undertook several projects with a number of notable properties and partners
