Midea Factory

This project is a general contracting endeavor for the Washing Machines and Refrigerators Division of the Midea Group in Egypt. The construction of the washing machines site covers an area of approximately 42,000 square meters, with a total building area of around 33,000 square meters.

The first phase primarily includes a single-story steel-structured factory (with a mezzanine), offices, a cafeteria, worker accommodations, support rooms, supporting works, and auxiliary facilities. The project addresses key aspects such as labor, materials, quality, safety, construction duration, and acceptance.
