ECB Joins the Official Launch of Amare Seafront Villas at Solare Ras El Hekma
ECB Chairman & CEO Dr. Eng. Mohamed Abdelghany highlights the company’s longstanding partnership with Misr Italia Properties and the shared commitment to quality as the development continues to take shape.
ECB joined Misr Italia Properties for the official launch of Amare Seafront Villas at Solare Ras El Hekma, bringing together project partners and key stakeholders for a first-hand look at the latest progress across the development.
Representing ECB at the event were Dr. Eng. Mohamed Abdelghany, Chairman & CEO; Eng. Raneem Abdelghany, VP Strategic Alliances – R&D; Eng. Ahmed El Hadidy, VP Projects; Eng. Mohamed El Hakim, Account Manager; Eng. Sherouk Khalaf, Head of Business Development Unit; Mr. Osama Emam, Marketing Manager; and Eng. Jamil Hanifah, Senior Business Development Engineer.
A Partnership Built on Quality
During the event, Dr. Eng. Mohamed Abdelghany highlighted ECB’s partnership with Misr Italia Properties, which dates back to 2014 and has grown through collaboration on major developments across the New Administrative Capital, Mostakbal City, the North Coast, and other landmark projects.
Dr. Abdelghany emphasized that quality remains a fundamental priority for both companies, and a key element behind a partnership that has continued to evolve over more than a decade.
At Solare, ECB is responsible for Project Management and Site Supervision, supporting the project throughout its ongoing execution and working alongside the wider project team to maintain the required standards across the development.
Reviewing Solare on the Ground
As part of the visit, Dr. Abdelghany conducted a site tour at Solare, reviewing the ongoing construction works and inspecting the progress of execution on the ground.
The visit included a walkthrough of the Amare zone, alongside the completed mock-up villa and cabana, offering a direct view of the development’s construction progress and the quality being delivered across the project.
Launching Amare Seafront Villas
The event marked the official launch of Amare Seafront Villas, Solare’s exclusive seafront neighborhood spanning 120 acres at the front line of the development.
Located approximately 200 meters from the shoreline, Amare follows a terraced concept designed to maximize sea views and privacy. The neighborhood features standalone villas and beachfront cabanas arranged across seven elevated tiers and nine rows, rising up to 25 meters above sea level.
The development also integrates a hospitality component, including an Autograph Collection hotel, bringing together residential, hospitality, and lifestyle experiences within Solare.
Construction Progress
The launch comes as significant construction activity continues across Solare.
During the event, the following progress updates were shared:
90% of concrete works completed for cabanas.
80% of concrete works completed for villas.
70% of land leveling completed across the site.
Construction is also progressing across previously launched phases, including Lumera and Cielo, as the wider Solare destination continues to develop.
For ECB, the visit represented another milestone in a partnership that has continued since 2014—one built around quality, expertise, and a shared commitment to delivering major developments to the highest standards.
