Multifunctional Complex

The project involves the design and construction of 487,500 squaremeters of residences, retail, and hotel components with a strongfocus on leisure activities.The Complex is located in the most prosperous expansion of Maadi.

To maintain a real street presence, the project is defined by apodium, collector of commercial and recreational activities such asa cinema, exhibition spaces, a public pedestrian access and anindoor plaza with restaurants and cafés.
