Project Description
Assiut City Center consists the first outdoor Mega Mall in Upper Egypt, The Mall is currently still under construction on
a massive area of 77,000 sqm.
The first phase is built on a space of 14,000 sqm, at investment cost of around 100 million EGP. The total project
is going to be implemented in 3 phases. The total investment cost of the project is 300 million EGP.
The project is located at the entrance to the new city of Assiut, on the Assiut-Cairo road.
